By accessing and using Charity Coder, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Charity Coder is a platform that connects developers with organizations and individuals who need technical assistance. We provide a space for posting project requests and submitting solutions.

3. Google Account Information Usage

Charity Coder accesses limited information from your Google account solely for platform functionality. We collect and use only your email address for account identification and post attribution, and your Google username for display purposes on your submitted content. All Google account information stored in our database can be permanently removed by deleting your posts through your account dashboard. To request complete account deletion and removal from our authentication system, please contact us at contact.charitycoder@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We do not share, sell, or distribute your email address or any other personal information to third parties.

4. Privacy Policy

Charity Coder respects user privacy. We collect minimal personal information, such as your email address if voluntarily provided. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

5. Content Guidelines

All content uploaded to Charity Coder must be safe for work (SFW) and not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Users may not upload copyrighted material without permission. By uploading any content you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content or have explicit permission to share it.

6. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Policy

If you believe that any content on Charity Coder infringes on your copyright, you may request its removal by submitting a DMCA takedown request to contact.charitycoder@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA Takedown Request." Your request must include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work.
  • A direct link (URL) to the infringing content.
  • A statement that you own the copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your request is accurate.

Charity Coder complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will promptly remove infringing content when notified properly.

7. Liability Waiver for Third-Party Copyright Claims

Charity Coder is not responsible for any copyright claims or legal actions resulting from user-uploaded content. Users who upload infringing material assume full liability for any claims, damages, or legal disputes that may arise.

8. Age Requirement

By using Charity Coder, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or, if you are under 18, you have obtained parental consent to use the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes or complaints regarding content on Charity Coder, the admin will review and take appropriate action. We encourage users to report inappropriate content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Charity Coder is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Service. Under no circumstances shall Charity Coder or its affiliates be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination of Accounts

Charity Coder reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. Termination may result from content violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Service.
